Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking any tour package with Ozzo Kashmir Holidays.

Important Note Regarding Tour

  • All passengers have to report 03 hours prior to departure due to security checking at the airport.
  • Company can shuffle the hotels as per availability.
  • No vehicle is allowed to pick up guests inside Railway Station / Airport in Jammu. Our driver will coordinate with you for the pickup.
  • No vehicle is allowed to visit Aru, Chandanwari & Betaab Valley in Pahalgam except local taxis. Same applies for Sonmarg. Rates are negotiable if you wish to visit these places.
  • Our cab will remain with you throughout the whole tour. Clients are requested to follow the timings mentioned in the itinerary.
  • In case any services are missed due to delay in departure, the company will not be responsible for any refund.
  • Any complaint regarding hotel or service shall not be entertained after check-out from the hotel or houseboat.
  • Guests are requested to immediately contact the concerned tour coordinator in case of any issue during the trip.
  • Until the booking amount reflects in our account, all confirmations will be treated as tentative.
  • Booking may get cancelled if payment is not made before the due date.
  • Guests are requested to carry post-paid SIM cards because prepaid networks may not work properly in Kashmir.
  • Guests are advised not to carry expensive jewellery or valuables. In case of loss, the company will not be responsible.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Remaining payment must be completed before the start of the journey.
  • Prices may change without prior notice depending on season and availability.
  • Any extra service used during the tour must be paid directly by the guest.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation date.
  • Hotel, flight, and transport cancellation policies will be applicable as per provider terms.
  • Refund processing may take 7-15 working days.
